I HATED Supply Chain in grad school, but the problem they had getting a consistent mix of apple varieties for the oatmeal formulation in all parts of the country made me realize it was the class that sucked, not the subject.

Oh, that doesn't answer why it isn't back - that's why it isn't on the menu always (which is a question asked a lot). No idea about the specific time now.

But the need to keep the menu consistent nationwide and how you do that is fascinating. E.g. How they developed oatmeal was really interesting.
