Major life challenges have made the past couple months painfully difficult. The kindness and grace shown by students and colleagues have been remarkable. In just one of many instances, a student brought me homemade cookies and Lourdes water. Much love!

The NCA 2025 contingent of the Anarchoic Chamber also gifted me this while we were in Denver. Seems they have all endured a few too many awkwardly long pauses during lectures in my classes. I LOVE it!

The Anarchoic Chamber had a successful NCA 2025! I am proud of everything these scholars are accomplishing. From first NCA presentations to networking for graduate school to asking smart questions in panels, these brilliant minds impressed!

CJ Petersen, a cafe latte fan, was elated to show off their OWN new mug in the lab! Yes, that is radioactive shrimp! A great research partner & now with a stellar mug!
