I remember when your T&G work was shared on the forum it created a bit of a stir. When people have a picture of Traveller/2300ad art in their heads, it's normally yours (it is for me)

Thank you. I only had a very low res line drawing for reference and a few schematics to go by but I think I got to a fairly faithful depiction. btw Your stuff is iconic so I try to put a nod in now and again with styling :)

Book cover for THE WAY OF KINGS by Brandon Sanderson. A cloaked and armored figure raises his sword in salute to a tiny figure in the distance separated by a chasm of broken earth shrouded by mist. A massive storm cell winds gray and blue across the sky intersecting the tip of the extended sword. A bright line of blue runs across the clouds as if etched by the unusual half-hilted, wavy blade. The orange cloak covering most of the figure (as viewed from behind) is decorated with a mass of wild crustacean arms ending in crescent claws. The icon on the pennant, flying tall on a pole held offhand, depicts a crab-like creature. The sky to the right of the storm is tinted warm yellow as the sun peeks out. A sliver of moon can be seen in a blue-sky break between the clouds.

Book cover for THE DARK TOWER by Stephen King. Bathed in twilight, Roland Deschain stands in a field of red roses that surround a tower of massive girth. With arms crossed, he holds up a big revolver. Fingers wrap the sandalwood grips with noticeable tension on the trigger. Loosely knotted cloth spills from his other wrist, exposing the back of his hand, but not the fingers on his right hand. The cloth is bloody where it wraps over pinky and ring finger as he clutches the stem of a rose.

Book cover for EMPIRE OF GRASS by Tad Williams. Grass and ivy have overgrown ancient ruins, but the delicate artistry of the Sithi can be see in the still standing pillars and arches bathed in the golden light of sunset. A solitary statue kneels among the ruins. She holds a bow one-handed with an arrow knocked. In the other, she lightly grips a long spear with the tip angled down.

Book cover for DRAGONWRITER: A TRIBUTE TO ANNE MCCAFFREY AND PERN. In the cargo hold of a spaceship, a dragon floats with female rider saddled high on its shoulders. Gripping reins, she cranes her neck back to glance at the viewer. Disorienting, the perspective into the cargo hold is slightly angled with the lines of interior structure not quite lining up with the wide octagonal bulkhead leading into it. There is no true horizon to orient on which prompts a sense of weightlessness and implies slow rotation. The hold itself is cropped with the right of it falling off-panel. Just past the dragon, a large porthole provides a view planet-side with sun partially obscured behind a bright arc. A red dot burns menacingly nearby.
