I watched that fucked up Argento movie where Jennifer Connely talks to bees and I realized how much the first Clock Tower copies it. Scissorman is not even an original character thats just that freak kid who was in Phenomena.

Clock Tower 3 is awesome. You exorcise ghosts, fight serial killers, AND its the very first time a Clock Tower games controls haven't completely sucked ass. Oh, and you're also a magical girl with magical powers and arrows. They shouldn't have called it Clock Tower 3 cause it's a different beast.

Why did they ever let that guy on the council? His toxic relationship with Padme was like a million red flags. Though I guess the Jedi Order at that point was an unaccountable husk of what it was supposed to be. But that only begs the question of why, but on a deeper level, right?

We can indulge, enjoy, participate in all of the same things as other people. We can take things we once held strong attachment to and keep them at an emotional distance to where our sense of self or peace of mind is not staked on it. It's really hard sometimes but if we ease up the poisons lessen

This is the nature of attachment that I learned from either buddhists or Star Wars I forget. It's not necessarily the presence or existence of the thing that hurts, but rather our relationships with it. The way we internalize how it exists in relation to us or us without it.

Nintendo fans in general seem to have a really hard time letting things go. I think it's because they might think that to let it go, they have to turn their backs on Nintendo entirely. I don't think this. I think it's a gradual process of caring about them less, being less beholden to them.

I'll get to the new ones eventually. Unless pokemon games start adding zombies or psychological manifestations of deeply troubled women or inventory management and tank controls then I don't really care because thats what I've been playing lately.

Have you noticed every pokemon release has played out exactly the same since sword and shield? I swear, Nintendo fans build high expectations that it won't be the same mediocre thing, the rug is pulled, obvious outrage, talks of boycotts, and then they buy it anyways and say "it's not so bad"
