My eldest finishes primary this year and she’s been lucky enough to have one of those teachers that you’ll never, ever forget. He went above and beyond to ensure her success, both academically and personally. I’m not ready for this academic year to end!

I’ve been dabbling in some DIY since I bought my flat. Last year I replaced the sink and the tiles were too high so this weekend I replaced the tiles all by myself and added a new mirror. I’m SO pleased with this, I think it looks pretty profesh (also I’d never done any DIY before my divorce 😱)

As an ex-avid reader I’ve found it really hard to read since the pandemic, relying on audiobooks instead. However, I picked up #FourthWing this week and in three days I’m around 60% of my way through, so that’s pretty pleasing!

This weekend we completed the #micromacro jigsaw. By the time we had completed it (5 hours..!) we couldn’t think of anything worse than solving the crimes 🤣

I’m clearly getting old but trying to watch #Silo on my Mac (feels appro as it’s on Apple TV) and I basically may as well have been listening to an audio book on episode 2 as the scenes are so dark I can’t see anything :(
