Same thing with when William Byron won the Daytona 500 last year and this year. Already know with the 500 car at Daytona obviously but just to have him go to New York City and Live with Kelly and Mark is not the way for this sport to invest in promoting their drivers as stars or big names.

This! This is a great point because when Ryan Blaney won the championship all they did was use him to go to New York City and on the Today show. Anybody could get on the Today show but they couldn’t get him on any big show like SNL? Jimmy Kimmel? NASCAR has failed in promoting their drivers.

I've been saying for 2 years now that Ryan should've been on SNL and that could've been possible if NASCAR promoted the hell out of him but they didn't and won't so now they just use him for all their goofy promos throughout the year and give Chase the mpd award.

I've been saying for 2 years now that Ryan should've been on SNL and that could've been possible if NASCAR promoted the hell out of him but they didn't and won't so now they just use him for all their goofy promos throughout the year and give Chase the mpd award.

Especially shouldn’t have more championships than Kyle Busch, Kevin Harvick, and almost tied with Jeff Gordon. If Mamba Smith can’t accept the system will never work and should be abolished out of NASCAR forever, then it’s fuck him and every single shill like him.

We been trying to tell him for YEARS that the system doesn’t work and if the rightful and consistent drivers which are Corey Heim and Connor Zilisch don’t win tomorrow and Saturday night, this will a nuclear bomb on the sport and social media. Guys like Joey Logano shouldn’t even have three titles.

I kinda wish I stayed on twitter so I can light his ass up. I get so sick of him comparing it to the stick and ball sports when they have different style formats. The only time a game 7 race has ever worked in NASCAR for a championship race was in 1992 or 2011. After that, it has not worked since.

I hate the playoff system for that reason. We seen this with Kevin Harvick in 2020 and Jeff Gordon in both 2004, 2007 and 2014. We seen the format gets exposed year after year after year and you got these dumbass shills telling me that you have to show up at the right time. Thats not how it works.

That’s the reason why I say the playoffs don’t belong in NASCAR or motorsports in general because both guys have put on a clinic of a year and one incident could kill their shot of winning a championship. If they lose, the season in the Truck series an Xfinity series has no more value.

I was listening to Kevin Harvick’s podcast and listening to Mamba Smith’s take on the format if Connor Zilisch and Corey Heim doesn’t win this weekend was so brain rotting. Two of the best drivers in their own respective series all year 10+ wins, consistent all year and still in jeopardy of losing.
