The Trump administration has reacted to a small scale lone wolf attack by in DC announcing a sweeping collective punishment, using the organs of government to heap blame on partisan rivals, and potentially dissuading anyone from collaborating with US forces abroad for a generation.

ADP’s weekly data shows private sector job cuts accelerated — as economists look toward alternative indicators as the federal government has not released labor reports.

This is Miller. This is his utter desperation to produce numbers to justify all the violence of border patrol & ice & all the nonsense statements about how many "illegals" there are. Just unbelievably cruel & stupid.

Rs want to dismantle the ACA. They are once again pushing the HSA idea. HSAs make great tax avoidance vehicles for the rich - who of course can afford whatever health costs they incur. They really don't help the rest of us. The WH plan kept the ACA, extended subsidies & inexplicably gave $ away.

Besides the fact that this will eventually kill people who ingest this stuff, this is one more great idea that in the end is going to hurt US farmers. No one is going to want to buy US crops.

The EPA is starting to allow the use of pesticides containing PFAS on food.

The move is part of an effort to roll back the regulation of what are called "forever chemicals" because they don't break down easily in the environment.

If you ever needed any more proof that Trump is an absolute moron - it's right here. The idiot puts out a post confirming what General Milley said - military makes an oath to the Constitution not a person & must obey the law - not the orders if they conflict w/the law. 🤔
He literally tweeted this out.

“SHOULD ORDERS AND THE LAW EVER CONFLICT, OUR OFFICERS MUST OBEY THE LAW.”

This plaque is displayed at West Point. It’s the law. Not sedition.

This is lame. If these angry Republicans wanted to they could gum up the entire agenda of this WH (Miller & Vough). The margin in the House is so slim it gives them power over everything. To retire is just cowardly. Maybe they should grow some & take back the Congressional power they ceded.
PUNCHBOWL: “.. GOP members messaged us over the weekend saying that they, too, are considering retiring in the middle of the term. Here’s one particularly exercised senior House Republican:

DOGE was created for data theft and infrastructure dismantling and it wildly succeeded on both counts within the first few weeks of its existence. It will take a generation to rebuild what it destroyed and the breach of data is unprecedented.
Bye bye, “DOGE”.

It no longer exists as a “centralized entity”, according to the Office of Personnel Management.
