Why did I stop?

Never stop doodling... unless you get sick and have no choice for years until you can get back the use of you hands properly and deal with extreme anxiety depresso and imposter syndrome.

OK maybe just get the hands working.

I keep procrastinating, making excuses.

I've finally moved, have a good space. I'm waiting for a wall to be built to this room before I can setup this machine so I can try to draw again. The dust from the sanding & plastering is a lot.

I'm mocking up some ideas. writing ideas down.

All this is sparking ideas I've wanted to do for ages, trading cards for characters, mini acrylic art stands, skateboard wall art... and new t-shirt designs I'm itching to get to \o/

...Mostly because I couldn't find existing tools or because I just didn't like how they looked. I'm even making a Spaceship Blueprint Maker because ALL the map makers etc are fantasy based with little scifi support....

Not knowing anything about coding apart from basic HTML I decided to build apps. Started with a TTS reader for text in games, Character tools to help with creating lore and stats for my characters, RPG style, to a full immersive suite of tools for windows...

Wanting to draw for SO long. Unable due to mental & physical health. ATM my desk is too tiny to even try.

Sitting at the desk using the PC is physically painful. But I convinced myself to build programs without ANY knowledge. SOON I will have my regular desk space again.

Between bouts of unconsciousness, I’ve been developing some very interesting ideas and getting close to conquering my fear of drawing again.

I’m deep in character development, fleshing them out in an RPG-style framework. It's taking time, but hopefully will be rewarding.

Did they actually just take away the ability to double click to like a post on Instagram?

I feel like this will make people scroll past, not "like" something and people won't spend the time to actually LOOK at art. Which is already a problem & make art posts more forgettable than a 2 second glance.

A look into my old stream room (2022).
It was crazy setting this up. After a long immersive intro screen it would start with a seamless "one shot" from logo to space then through the window into the ship, which had several rooms all transitioned via camera pans. No cuts.
