This paper expands my research methods to include transcutaneous nerve stimulation and fNIRS. We used a multi-method approach to measure hemodynamic responses during a 45-minute session, revealing a nonlinear temporal potentiation mechanism centered in the posterior parietal cortex.

there is no doubt personal computer operating systems (starting with apple) have become more like media consumption appliances ; nothing wrong with that per se (e.g. iPad) but isn’t is strange to expect/want to do _work_ (e.g. science) using the same software

Just so I'm clear on this, computer memory has tripled in price because a bunch of it that hasn't been produced yet has been ordered to populate GPUs that aren't installed in data centers that aren't built yet in order to service a demand that doesn't exist to make profits that don't happen.
