Perhaps he was speaking of the timeline. The East Wing will be demolished, and then the Epstein Ballroom will be built. Historically, their existence will be near, but not touching. Ironically, one of the few attractive things Epstein got near without touching.

Even if you knew with certainty that it was completely within this specific person's control, you should also consider it perpetuates a stigma that we know to be wielded cruelly and inappropriately.

Consider that there are both environmental and innate factors in each person's body composition. Since we can't know to what extent any given person has control, if you prioritize doing no unjust harm, the ethical choice would be to avoid it.
