A wonderful sentiment from an organization established on the difficult pursuit of hard truths.

Reconciliation can only come with truth.

In Canada, September 30th is National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. It is a day for remembering and learning about the residential school and its impacts, including the children who never made it home.
Thanks so much, Chris. Examining this issue on social media is definitely an uphill battle against the algorithm. Thanks for the support.

That’s a great idea. Start with a small, focused audit.

And there's no single source of truth for election data for all the counties at the precinct level -- which can discourage analysis, since it's so much work to even get the data.

But that's why we're doing the work to track that data down and pull it all together. 🧥🕵 Bring it on!
For posterity, this is what unmanipulated voting data looks like when one candidate is “crushing it” in any given form of voting (ex. mail-in, early).

Variation is greater across smaller precincts, but central tendency of a candidate’s vote share should be consistent across all sizes of precincts.

In April 2007, a Pennsylvania court ruled that voting machine certifications "do not approximate those that are customary in the information technology industry for systems that require a high level of security" and "provide no way for Electors to know whether their votes will be recognized."
100%. The GOP clearly pushed the HAVA Act to solidify their ability to manipulate election outcomes. Voting machines are horrendously vulnerable to hacking AND expensive. In Canada, we use pen and paper ballots. Whoever tells you that you need voting machines is trying to rig your elections.
I have long called on my government to criminalize the practice of intentionally disseminating climate misinformation to the public.

Ah yes, I see… but you’re still the guy who cannot reveal his identity, correct?
Sorry… I can’t help but respond. Another trait of a paid troll is they constantly get mixed up with what they have said to one person or another.

If you recall, you told me you don’t live in the US, then you shared this from a past post:

“I'm here, just frustrated that folks lie about my state.”
I’ll ask him about April 10th.

As for me, I’ve concluded that you are a paid troll, so I won’t be wasting any more time with you.

I wish you well, and I would encourage you to reflect on you what you dreamed of doing when you were a kid. Life holds much better things for you, my friend.
So how do I identify you when I’m speaking with him?
You said just now that you “spoke” with him, and he could identify your accent.
