You have to admire the pigeons' art work on my Brussels sprout plants at the #allotment. All now covered up with pigeon proof mesh again so hope they will recover. #SmallBeauties

Last night I had some professional massage therapy on my wonky leg. It seems to have been quite effective, although carrying other risks, such as early morning alarm calls 🐈⬛

Several years ago I bought a rocking chair in a charity shop. It's hardly been used but now it's the perfect thing for some ongoing pain issues. That and a good novel and a huge pile of hand knitted rugs and jumpers because the house is freezing. Feeling my age but #SmallBeauties nevertheless.
