GAT team got hands-on in Fife for a volunteering day out with Forestry and Land Scotland & @argroupsuk.bsky.social.

Together, we created a new pond and hibernacula using turf, soil & woodland brash that will support
Great Crested Newts & other local amphibians affected by climate pressures.🦎
Our work in Polmont Woods, Falkirk, is bringing improved community access and enhanced biodiversity, whilst protecting a scheduled monument. We’ve been working with Falkirk Council to manage and develop their woodlands, included community consultations.
