Family is important. Acting on emotion is acceptable as long as it's not rash or illogical. If the maker cancels, then they broke the contract. Would ask for a full refund on the masterpiece since it was no fault to the commissioner. A delay is different and cool.
Plush maker to plush maker. I agree with this sentiment wires aren't the best. They might poke through the fabric, snap from continuous bending, or not hold the weight of this plush.
There is definitely two trains of people I see. "I want this for display" and "I want to sleep with this".
Had something similar happen when making the 21 ft Milotic. Bobbin being old or getting caught on the housing was most likely. Wouldn't be suprised if that was the case. 🤔
