There is, Marc. It may take a long time to see or feel it, The first medal is for surviving. The champion medal is for thriving. It doesn’t mean that anxiety and depression are forever gone. You can learn coping skills with therapy and possibly Rxs so if/when they return you’re not overwhelmed.

As I was reading the commentary under numerous posts that contain videos of ICE agents that were brutally assaulting folks, I wondered whether the commentators understand that people of color have been complaining about such treatment by law enforcement officers for decades.

Most obscure horror I’ve seen recently , “ Never Have I Ever” ,2024. It’s a 20 minute short horror film by Joyce A Nashawati on Shudder (amc+) Several movies with that title, but this is the one to watch!

Decades ago, my high school English teacher ever so slowly reiterated to not read Chaucer’s, “The Miller’sTale” and winked. Of course we couldn’t wait to read it. It was funny. Restricting kids only makes them want to do something even more.
