Hit a nice little rock climbing PR where I climbed up and down a long juggy 5.9 2x without stopping. Trying to get to the point where I don't get tired at all. Endurance gains coming along nicely and foot almost fully healed!

Tore my plantar fascia on the warped wall about a month ago. Just did 30mins on the stairmaster WITHOUT PAIN. Still feels like my heel has a balloon inflating in it, but progress!

My little brother and his partner + 4 kiddos rented out a pretty nice farm in KY for vacation:
