gave up gift-wrap 3 years ago in favor of the 🇯🇵 style of cloth or #furoshiki - to reduce waste. Cloth can be returned or reused.

Wrapping using only folds knots is HARD and this is my best try so had to take a pic to flex 🤣

a hack helping with transition practice from #frontlever > #invertedhang > #backlever using a band. Despite using the lightest band, 2X looping created too much tension vs body weight, preventing full range of motion. 💡 Ankle weights. 😉

thx4recommend! i was 2x pronated too, thumb under, when the bar slipped. going in, I expected my grip to be sufficient from all the hanging but in hindsight, I’ve never hanged with double BW either 😅 But I def. could’ve held it if not for grip.

I’d say it does but who am I lol - one thing, (hard to tell from angle but) it doesn’t look like you’re going full vertical at the top - aka rest on scaps, lower back vertical in line with legs together and tip-toes (ideal maintained form).

Just a range of motion thing, otherwise super impressive 🙌
