I've found a wonderful community here, one that's helped me IMMENSELY these last few years and continues to help me find my place in this world, but, I find myself wondering if anyone else struggles with this sorta thing too. Because a lot of the time I feel like I'm alone in this.

I see other friends out and open and I find myself getting jealous in weird ways, mad at myself that I can't express myself the way they can no matter how hard I try, or because I lack the confidence to. I'm 27 and still fighting with the ghost of a judgmental and hateful past.
