This is a first time experience for me of a bird flying into windows. I'll be worrying about home all day now.

I felt really emotional when he flew off. I did have the blind down and that's a bright yellow so I might try to change that to a darker colour. I was getting really concerned that he'd just be stuck there.

He's gone! I could hear some loud bird chirping going on and he looked around and off he went! He was on the windowsill for a good 5/10 mins

He's not remotely interested in flying away. He might be stunned by flying into the window. I've sprinkled some muesli out the window. And I'm trying to see if I can coax him in on a towel. I could really do with a kids fishing net.

So much in it pays respect to other films, I saw ET (really!), and Bullitt in it. Go and see it. Excellent stuff. My brain is racing after watching it!

The way the not so secret brotherhood of racists are depicted is as awful as they should be but I was a bit thrown out by playing some of their fucking secret handshakes shenanigans for laughs. Maybe that wasn't intended and it's just the way I saw it.

One tiny thing, I'd like the female characters to have been a bit more present on the screen. The daughter is amazing, as is Regina Hall but a bit more screen time for them would have been great.

Just been to see One Battle After Another. What a film. It's hilarious and terrifying and tense and long. But my god it's worth it. DiCaprio is amazing, Penn is astonishing and then Benicio del Toro soaks up the lot every time he's on the screen.
