Accessory Dwelling
Unit (ADU) Code Change Hearing
City Councilmember Otto
Beatty will host a public hearing to discuss a proposed expansion of the city code to allow for accessory dwelling units (ADUs) in residential districts. This policy would allow homeowners to more easily add ADUs to their property to accommodate aging parents and other relatives, rental tenants and more.
