it speaks to a lot of people and most of us know now when people are just being nasty for no reason(or purely reactionary). it's always hard to sift through because it's so loud. but you're doing amazing things by just sharing thoughts

This saved my life this month. Coming from a chronic isolationist that's the equivalent of actively refusing help. Your loved ones cannot read your mind. You are loved. Someone will help you. I started with a helpline and it gave me courage, that's a lot of ppl's first step. we must live🤟
