This woman and her child didn't deserve to die at the hands of the people who were supposed to protect and help them. I don't know if this woman had postpartum psychosis, but it wouldn't shock me.

One thing I’d love to do is slow down the pace of conversation. On the other site things went so fast that we skimmed the surface of critical knowledge rather than diving deep to really listen and figure out how to apply it. Feels like we need the #systemstheory folk. Where y’all at?
