what does it mean when the ghost tourists avoid the cemetery you have lovingly built?
a cemetery in Go-Go Town! in the evening with a metal fence, headstones, candles, and flowers on the graves. statues of dingos are in the back. there are no ghosts visible

A quick update on online co-op timing! ๐Ÿ‘ฅ ๐ŸŽฎ

Here's the tl;dr ๐Ÿ“
- next week: small invite-only Alpha playtest (apply in our Discord!)
- mid/late Oct: available for all to play on our Preview branch
- late Nov / early Dec: main branch
Since this multiplayer is new to us, we're working hard to make sure it's all working as it should. Next week, we'll kick off a small alpha test to start to put the update through its paces. If you're in our Discord already, you can apply to be apart of it! In mid/late October, it'll head to the Preview branch for around six weeks. You can opt in to this beta branch on Steam at any time, and we'll really appreciate all the feedback we can getโ€”bad connections, varied setups, wifi oddities, friends around the world, etc. We've also upgraded to a new version of Unity, which has its own fun surprises! If you haven't played in our Preview branch yet, it's pretty easy and we preserve your save files, so you're able to go back to your "normal" save if you ever want to opt out (happy to answer any questions you might have) Once we're happy with Preview, it'll come to main, the current plan is late Nov/early Dec. We don't have a firm timeline on that because so much of it is variable based on how Preview goes, but we'll absolutely share once we're in the thick of it! We cannot wait for you all to play multiplayerโ€”and of course, there are some new things we've added that will make it even more fun!
