How would Badenoch describe someone like her mother, who travelled here from Nigeria to give birth to her, if she was being interviewed by the Mail? If Badenoch had been born just 12 months later the provisions of the 1981 British Nationality Act would have applied and she wouldnt even be British

Let's hope refusal to produce a card carries a lengthy prison sentence then. Should have been locked up for all of the Tory VIP lane corruption, his revealing of security information to the Russians, knighthoods for cash etc so long overdue.
