Yeah, but make sure, if possible, to show up unannounced occasionally. That way no funny business can happen before you show up. It can feel kinda rude, but it's also keeping yourself from a possibly crazy prospect.
It is, that contract seemed to be totally against you from the onset too. I'm sorry to hear it happened... an looking for another. Please spend some time with the prospect first. An be cautious from a sale, sometimes you can save a winner, other times there is a bigger chance of loss. It's so hard.
Sounds like someone was just looking for someone to pay to take care of the horse for them. Some horse people are pure trash, an that's coming from a horse persons mouth. I knew so many like that... I hate this example, an the ones selling a 20+ yr old horse so they dont have to deal with its finale
Also in the packet was a small book that had his healt records in it. All kinds of pictured human interactions. All friendly, and un restrained, also pictures of all the mares he grew up with over the years. And a few of him during a fundraiser event. Small amounts add up, it does a lot for them

I used to help out running a petting zoo at a local corn maze in my area. I miss doing it. I used to walk the goats through the maze to help locate lost maze walkers. If your lost, blow the whistle and listen for the goats. Lol

Great. Windows is already a bloated mess. Now it will be even more bloated, always listening, and have a bunch of useless features tied to AI. Which will most likely go behind a subscription like Samsung is doing with Samsung ai features.
I started to think about it... its kinda neat what you could do with lego and a 3d printer... I may look into that. I already have lego 3d print stl's that are cut into sections... lol
