I am looking at photos of the building destroyed by russian missile, and the count of killed people there..

Everyone who was in top floors most likely died. There is just no chance someone managed to survive.

News say its 20 people killed now, including 2 kids.

🔴 UPD: 16 people were killed in Ternopil as a result of the Russian attack overnight. 64 others were injured, including 14 children, according to local authorities.
