My dog has been ill for two weeks, and the fact that veterinary medicine here is not even a mile close to what it is in first world countries, making diagnostics and treatments limited and expensive makes me feel helpless.

Hearing my own voice feedback in calls is so weird because I swear I try to sound nice and pleasant, especially with people I work with, but I kinda sound like my sister who I think sounds harsh on a good day lol
