This is literally my experience with Gemini 2.5 Pro every other task I give it. Same with ChatGPT 5.0. So I'm not sold at all on the idea that these thinks are intelligent let alone intelligent enough to substitute engineers.

United Utilities "nailed" my name, it's like a cat was writing instead of a person. Funny thing is I cannot correct it through their website, so I have to call another representative hoping they won't type random letters this time.
