It's good for overall strength and comfort in ur body cuz it uses minor muscles and most routines help with bloat. Most of the "toned" look is from restricting(ezier to do cuz it's low impact) You will not grow a gyatt from this. It's more for body control imo. Credentials: I did it for like 2+yrs
