I live in Portland. Just watched a guy in whit skivvies and a cape ride down the street to get to the naked bike ride today. The scary thing is that they are sending in right wing agitators to rile up the protesters to createthe chaos they want. Fellow Oregonians, do not take the bait!

They are negotiating 2026 rates with enormous increases. It's becoming untenable for employers to absorb the costs for their employees.

I've been in OR for 23 years - Bend & Portland. The state has ~4M total population. Most in Portland Metro/I-5 corridor (2.5 million), including Salem (Capital), Eugene (UofO), Corvallis (OSU), & Southern OR. The rest of OR is rural (except Bend, pop ~100K), where you'll find most of the guns
