Have a look at the Master aluminium locks. I’ve worn mine almost continuously for over 3 years and it hasn’t tarnished, although it did need a little bit of lubrication in the mechanism about a year ago

I completely agree with you, especially about being called 'Sir' by a stranger. It’s a total turn-off for me. I know they’re trying to be respectful, but it feels like they’re forcing an unconsented power dynamic on me. It makes me feel icky.

Yup - I have exactly the same issue with my one of these. All the rest of the leather stored in the same location is just fine so it's something specific to the hide used by Mr S. @pupnerdy.com recommended some spew cleaner for this which I need to try

In lieu of having a rubber gimp brew my morning tea, I’ve embraced the quintessentially British joy of the 70’s Teasmade.

A quick rewire, a smart plug, and voilà, voice-activated tea is now a glorious reality.

I still prefer it when it’s made by a rubber object though…..

It was great to be able to assist @kinkybiologist.bsky.social in running the Gimporium again @gearblastuk.bsky.social.

At one point I think we had 8 gimps in various sleep sacks, cages, suspension harnesses and the vac cube. Thanks to everyone who came along!
