Man I'm so tired. I slept better than yesterday but i still woke up 4 times and couldn't sleep much after 4am.

Also after i woke up (from period pain?) I got like. Turbo anxiety. Just 300 thoughts an hour going in circles. I managed to calm myself somewhat by counting but it still wasn't enough to fall asleep. I hate this.

Actually it Could be a little bit of hearing loss, i guess. But i feel like I've never been able to understand whispers. But to be clear, i did get an auditory tests 3yrs ago and 1 month ago and i passed both well so idk
