Fears that first time buyers purchasing new builds are walking into a negative equity trap due to the over valuation of new builds that disappear as soon as they move in.

This is aggravated by the fact that several big lenders only require a 5% deposit

Last Friday Kemi Badenoch said that welfare spending is unchristian. I see things very differently. The Bible consistantly presents society with the collective responsiblity to support the most vulnerable; to care for those unable to 'pull themselves up by their own bootstraps'.

Most benefits go to people IN WORK.

Because…

THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH PROPERLY PAID JOBS,

Rather than insisting employers pay decent wages, governments use taxpayers’ money to subsidise employers who don’t.

Welfare was not meant to support employers.

This is completely wrong.

Just paraphrasing UK media, including BBC

Does anyone remember this kind of coverage of Tories, when, for 14 yrs, they were lying through their teeth, directing untold billions of public money to their friends etc?

That Donald Trump can accuse Venezuela of being a dictatorship is ridiculous.

That he can accuse it of abusing its citizens is outrageous.

That he can accuse Venezuela of committing War Crimes is disgusting.

He needs to look in the mirror.
