You're right, Smith should have run for 3rd once he saw the relay start, but considering that this is literally the only 404-foot grounded-into-a-fielder's-choice-forceout recorded in the era of modern recordskeeping (as best I know) I am zero prepared to point fingers at anybody 😂

Ball enters glove, bounces out of glove, contacts yellow line - in play at American Family Field. Ball is re-caught, creating a force-out. Batter not out but one runner fails to advance a base and is out, and another runner is caught out at home plate. Officially GROUNDED into DP.

No, they don't. 😀 You can't sue someone for having opinions or even making allegations about a religion in general. There has to be a specific defendant individual or organization that can prove reputational harm.

If I get cancelled on BlueSky for my work investigating the Satanic-ritual-abuse aspect of the Epstein ring, and the stories of other whistleblowers like Cathy O'Brien who allege this goes back to Nixon at least - great! Imagine the stories I'll be able to tell about why I was banned here. 😂

I've spoken personally to at least two Epstein ring survivors who assert that Satanic ritual abuse was part of the Epstein ring.

Meanwhile, you are encouraging a Satanic church I haven't once even mentioned to sue me.

I cannot imagine any investigative journalist who would want to work in an environment like that.

Meaningful journalism on the Epstein ring - particularly the unproven but highly credible allegations from multiple survivors that Satanic ritual abuse was involved - will be immediately censored.

Literally everyone in America is a member of multiple protected groups under the Civil Rights Law.

So according to BlueSky's Community Guidelines banning "conspiracy theories" about protected groups, ANY allegation not yet proven can be censored simply by alleging that it is a "conspiracy theory".

I am sure that banning all "conspiracy theories" targeting "protected groups" - as, I will grant you, you have shown BlueSky already does - will be very popular with certain people.

It will also slaughter the truth, because every powerful abuser in America will seek censorship behind that excuse.

At the same time I'm going to say this: Those Community Guidelines are a recipe for utter hostility to investigative journalism.

Epstein's ring was a "conspiracy theory" until it wasn't. So was Trump's involvement in it.

Yes, the abuser retracted the case, first claiming that Jay-Z had raped her, but then stating that he was only "present" at the party where she was raped.

She also, however, alleges witness intimidation by Jay-Z and his fans in her decision to retract.

This is a crime in its own right.
