I forgot to show this off! As part of art fight I did a lil competition with my friends! A final moment mass attack I did (the plushy piece) put my team of 3 over the edge, and we won!

And one of the other members made me this! they carved me an artfight statue!!!! 😭😭😭

And honestly I’ve been really enjoying reading some of these rulesets! The settings, the ideas, all of these other TTRPG options seem so neat! So refreshing.

I’m loving rules lite systems, where character creation is quick, and scenes and character roles are incentivized!

Weird thing, I’ve completely sworn off of playing D&D 5e. I just wanna explore other systems like Armoured Astir, Chasing Adventure, Cairn, or Quiet Year.

Different games that incentivize different styles of play and don’t require me as the GM to pico up all the slack

It’s weird to balance wanting to give people updates, and knowing I don’t owe anyone reason for taking time for myself.

Here’s a little update anyway. Doing art still, writing some personal things, but mainly focusing on my mental health and coping with the world burning

I cannot recommend soulframe enough if you can get into the pre-alpha!

The game is janky, we’ve encountered a bunch of bugs so far like falling out of an unloaded dungeon, or getting stuck after one person loots something at the same time as the other.

But it’s a pre alpha, and it has a surprising amount of polish for where it’s at!

Not to mention weapons in soulframe actually get better as you level them up, unlike warframe where they get mod capacity.

Plus weapons share skill trees, so all of my daggers get better as I max each one out! Meaning I can always have a pair for every stat I’m using in my current build!
