Thankfully got FMLA at work however my manager is kind of quiet firing me. She’s moving me to a new team that has a significantly increased work load.

I am so fucking dizzy and tired. Since starting it I’ve only driven myself twice and both times have had those warning symptoms of passing out. I’m really independent and have always needed to be so it’s always really anxiety inducing when my needs grow if that makes sense?

So I have an autoimmune disease called IGA Nephropathy. Up until now I’ve been relatively stable on just ace inhibitors but recently had to start a new med called Farixga and boy
