Amazon has rolled out AI dubbed anime and I’m truly appalled. Like it or loathe it, the medium has a rich, incredible history of English performances. There’s already a million reasons to hate Amazon, but fuck me.

So a funny thing happened…

Literally the day after I posted this, my dear friend Nic informed me that Cowboy Bebop creator/director Shinichiro Watanabe would be in NYC presenting a screening of “Knocking on Heavens Door” in 35mm (which occurred this weekend). I mean… of course I had to go. ☺️💜✨

Played for a good couple hours already, and let me just say... This game fucking rules. The vibes are perfect, the combat is so fun (and I'm a total dummy when it comes to tactics), and the music is on a whole other level.
