5️⃣ I accepted that growth is continuous. This isn't about reaching a mythical "finish line." My journey is about constant evolution—staying curious, listening to my body's shifting needs, and being open to learning.
4️⃣ I quit overriding my internal wisdom. I learned to honor my body's hunger and fullness signals instead of blindly following rigid meal timers or app-based limits. I started trusting myself around food.
3️⃣ I stopped valuing the number on the scale above everything else. My true progress is now measured by my increased energy, how confident I feel, and how my clothes fit. The scale is just one tiny piece of the puzzle.
2️⃣ I reframed exercise from a chore to a gift. Movement is no longer a tool for burning calories but a way to build strength and boost my mental health. I focus on activities that I genuinely enjoy.
Here are the 5️⃣ powerful habits I ditched that finally unlocked my success:

1️⃣ I let go of the "all-or-nothing" mentality. A less-than-perfect meal isn't a failure that demands a complete reset. Every choice is a fresh start—no need to wait for the beginning of a week.

How eating late affects and stopping eating late can help with losing weight is crazy.

I can remember all the time I eat late it was also ruining my sleep and energy.

Water helps big time too. Do you drink mineral or normal more?
Yep. Lots of daily triggers. Also sometimes it is really east to get used to some innocent looking bad habits. Environment plays a big role too.

Yes! 12 angry men is a great movie. It stayed in my watchlist for long time but after watching a review I watched it immediately.

It also demonstrates how 1 person can have a huge impact.

I love olive oil but it has too much calories. 800-900 calories per 100ml

I got bunch of vitamin supplements and yes they are essential I believe.

Sometimes it is not that hard to lose weight but still needs self awareness.
Eat only when you’re hungry, stop when you’re full(ish).

I had billion times that I did emotional eating or just eating sth because watching a movie meanwhile and such.

Each idea, action, choice trigger another one and everything stacks.

Now I am way more aware about why do I eat. I also switched some habits.
