Ruim een jaar alcoholvrij. Behalve 3 weken Italië, lokaal biertje op terras aan het meer hoort erbij. Voor de rest: helderder, scherper, betere recovery. Volgend jaar Italië ook zonder? Misschien. Maar dwingen niet. Bewuste keuzes > strikte regels.
