Several of the Filton 24 are on hunger strike. The silence of msm is terrifying. The likes of the BBC care more about Israel being banned from the ESC than decent people putting their lives & freedom on the line.

The international community has abandoned Palestinian children to face alone the brutality and savagery of the IOF.

Jewish soldiers detained 5 Palestinian kids at the request of illegal “Havat Maon” Jewish settlers.

The kids' crime? Gathering wild vegetables.

Shame on all of us.

The world’s next big environmental problem could come from space.

“Humanity’s activities in space have now gotten big enough that they are affecting the space environment in a similar way we have affected the oceans,”

The world’s next big environmental problem could come from space
To stop them from becoming space junk, satellite operators send spacecraft to burn up in the atmosphere at mission’s end. The environmental impacts are still uncertain.

Wonderful Christmas concert from NDR Radio. I really enjoyed mix of styles and traditions, with the emphasis of course being on the German from which most of our 'traditional' Christmas customs are influenced by. Concert link & programme:

Donald Trump just filed a terrifying $10 BILLION lawsuit against the BBC over a Panorama

BBC can’t fight this alone. Will you make sure the Prime Minister and BBC bosses stand up for our BBC and refuse Trump a single penny?

“Life is serious and difficult. And if those who are well off don't willingly help those who are struggling, it will all end badly.”

— Erich Kästner, Pünktchen and Anton (1931)

His books were banned & burned by the Nazis, due to being anti-establishment, pacifist & un-German. Here we go again.

Brown University shootings, headline news why? Just the usual USA Civilisation Erasure in action. Was thinking about posting a joke about Syria becoming as dangerous as the USA, but reality got there first.

This week had my leak fixed by some Kurdish plumbers, my parcels delivered by guys from Hong Kong & eastern Europe, my parcels sent via a post office run by Asian guys. If I'm unlucky to get a bad dose of the flu or worse no doubt I'll have to face even more 'Civilisational Erasure'!

The fact is no presenter has ever had to leave the BBC for expressing conservative views, or even explicitly endorsing a right-wing party.

Soon it'll be they find the views of your friends & family 'problematic'. À la US Customs and Border Protection. Can't be too careful the likes of Stalin and Saddam might'd have said.

There's keyboard warriors twittering away. And then there's people who actually are prepared to sacrifice something.
It's beyond belief that a Labour Govt would proscribe Palestinian peace activists as terrorists, lock 24 of them in prison on remand without bail for up to 2 years for vandalism, then ignore 8 of them risking death by hunger strike. Yes beyond fecking belief!
