#OnThisDay October 14, 1988 #FrankZappa released the live album Broadway The Hard Way. It was recorded in different venues from his 1988 World Tour. The album contains several covers, from the #jazz standard "Stolen Moments" to the Police song "Murder by Numbers". It's Zappa and it's great.

October 1970 UFO unveiled their long-played debut, UFO 1, which interwined a series of intriguing band compositions with covers.
A year later, in October 1971, they released UFO 2: Flying ft the title track, which was one of the longest tracks recorded in rock music.
