Hi everyone! I'm a writer of original fiction (with lesbians) and official Stargate novels (they also have lesbians!)
Here's your one-stop shopping for all my novels, links to watch adaptations of my work, and everywhere else you can find me on the internet. #writing

It was a months-long campaign and I remember some poor soul who had to spend the first six months of covid tweeting as Mr Peanut going through puberty.
Little Mr. Peanut didn't die, the original adult Mr Peanut died and regenerated into the baby, who grew into a new Mr Peanut in a hellish sort of afterlife that no religion would condone.

Also it was 2020, like two weeks before covid was born. Baby Nut is Covid's brother.
258 days since I started writing HOSTAGES, and I have now officially entered the endgame. This is the hardest novel I've written, for whatever several reasons, and I'll be so happy to finally be done with it. And then the edits begin. 😣 Even the Stargate novels weren't this tricky.
I'd find the circular logic impressive if it wasn't so dangerous. Men dismiss bad behavior in ourselves, but call women misandrists for expecting better from us. Because one of the tenets of "boys will be boys" is we can't learn and you're dumb for expecting us to.
"Boys will be boys" is so insulting to men, and it's COMING from men trying to excuse their own shitty behavior. Can't expect any better from us, that's just who we are, what we do, how we talk. We're not wild animals. Men need to stop acting like we're lesser species!
I've been seeing this guy's post a lot, and it's gotten to the point where it's become That's Life by Sinatra.
"The average millennial American man has been a neocon, a pacifist, a liberal,
I've been a puppet, a pauper, a pirate, a poet, a pawn, and a king..."
Oh! Maybe the most surprising of all, because I don't know how many people even knew these existed. Tina Fey and Amy Poehler. A convention special from, sheesh, over a decade ago for sure. A limited number were for sale onlie and I got one! They came with a Weekend Update desk and backdrop.
Thank you! I wanted a postcard kind of feel, and I think I nailed it. 😁
"We have done a bad job of checking in with each other in this building. And that's on us. It's easy to assume everyone is just okay, but sometimes... they just aren't. And it's easy to forget to be a good neighbor."

When that damn Steve Martin gets serious... ugh. #OnlyMurdersintheBuilding
HEGSETH, ETC: "You can't just force us to expose our bodies like that!"
ME: "Well, you opened the door when you said you wanted to investigate the genitals of children to prove they were the 'right' gender, so. Sword cuts both ways, dickhead."
Oh, I heard she invented Post-Its!
Very, very high contenders for when I did this meme. How do you not have fun with their shenanigans??
I wrote a story about the residents of a small island for a creative writing class. We had to make a journal with various kinds of writing (poem, song, prose). I had a 2-3 page story but no title. I asked a classmate: "What's a good name for a story?" He said, "I dunno man. Biscuit."
She did, but I think it's only valid in California.
I was a fan of Liz Vassey for ages before we met/became friends and colleagues, but I still think it's very weird that I have an action figure of one of my friends. She also has one, but at some point its head went missing. 😁
The sad thing is that this was supposed to be out in JULY to coincide with the 80th anniversary of the Trinity tests. And it could've been! It still can, I guess. Technically. As long as we get it out by the end of the year... It's out of my hands now so it's a possibility. 😄
Finally finalized the cover for my final book of 2025! It was supposed to be the second of four, but this year has been... evil and wild. But I really love this book, and I think the cover is at long last just right. Magician+Showgirl Ghost = Vegas gold!
As a man who once was a boy, it fucking pisses me off how much evil behavior is written off as "Well, he's just a boy. Of course he jokes about sexual assault in locke rrooms. Of course he objectifies women. Naturally, like all boys, he was a Nazi at one point in his life."

NO WE FUCKING WEREN'T.
The smallest thing. Doesn't have to be a conversation or some big act. Send a photo of a flower you see on your walk. No caption. Just a pretty thing and an acknowledgement you're thinking of them. You don't have to be a ladder out of the hole, you can just be a handhold to get the climb started.
"What a wonderfully green universe we live in..."

I visited the SGC set, and even that was just a warehouse they used pilot money to make look amazing, and then found ways to use four rooms and three hallways as an entire military base.
I want to see a flashmob in real life sometime, just so afterward I can turn to whoever is next to me and say "Wow, do you think they planned that?"
Hey guys, what level of depression is "watching an hour's worth of wedding flashmobs singing One Day More from Les Mis," because that sounds scarily advanced. They were good though.
Who happened to be married to*
She got tired of pretending she was a good intelligent person who happened to be an idiotic threat to America. And when Curb ended, people stopped having an excuse to let her get away with it.
