How would your life change if you made $8,241 more per year? Think about the difference it could make for working people living in poverty.

Worker cooperatives distribute thousands in patronage (profit-sharing) to their workers, which is in addition to their wages. It makes a difference.
Worker co-ops that distribute surplus as patronage to members distribute a median total patronage of $190,890 across the membership each year and an average distribution of $8,241 to each worker owner.
