The secret to life? Easy. Don't be afraid to be sincere. Don't take yourself too seriously. Extend grace & kindness to kids who don't know the rules/how to be in society yet. Lift up your friends & loved ones every chance you get. Remember your best won't be 100% every day. That's basically it.

I almost always keep whatever preparation of chili I'm currently obsessed with next to the salt cellar and pepper grinder. Right now it's chili crisp with sichuan peppercorn in, it might soon be a Jamaican ghost chili hot sauce that I love.
