I hope/pray this very flawed ‘deal’ from Trump that Hamas & Israel agreed to ends the genocide & famine & leads to a real ceasefire.

But my biggest fear is there is nothing and no one to stop Netanyahu from resuming the genocide once they get all the hostages back and Trump has his Nobel Prize.

Tony Blair "should be headed to The Hague, not Gaza."

My latest for Zeteo, on the former British prime minister's "blood drenched" record in the Middle East: "one of repeated failures, brazen bias, and mass slaughter".

Tony Blair Should Be on Trial for War Crimes, Not Running Gaza
Donald Trump wants to put the former British prime minister on a new board to manage post-war Gaza. Here’s why that’s a terrible idea.

The body of evidence showing that when centrist parties adopt the priorities and talking points of the far right, they torpedo themselves is vast and powerful. Yet Keir Starmer's Labour Party seems determined to ignore it.

How should Labour and the Tories respond to the populist right? Lessons from Europe
The evidence suggests traditional parties that ape the populist radical right’s policies risk boosting their rivals instead of reclaiming voters.
