Wouldn’t this make a cool quilt (art/wall quilt) ? I created the image in AI. I think I would change a few of the colors.

I love making quilted notebook covers for composition books. There is room for lots of creativity without taking weeks or days to finish a project. The quilting adds another design layer as well as making sure that the applique pieces stay in place.

My Grandma's quilt is old and worn, the colors have all grayed
but it still contains the love she put in every stitch she made.
The patchwork brings back memories of my childhood days

Grandma's Quilt
A true story inspired by my grandmother and the quilt that she gave me. The quilt is made with pieces of my family memories, including the curtains from the kitchen.

Now my quilt has become a series (is two a series?) The larger one was made using the "messed up" start from my first attempt. Interestingly, I think it is better.

Inspired by another quilter's work, I decided to play with wavy piecing. Mine is different because I always want to add my take rather than copying. Also, mine is not finished or squared up as I will be adding more eventually.
