As we prepare to celebrate 5 years of gender justice tonight, we just want to shout out some of the supporters who helped make this event happen. Big thanks to Julia Stone and Collective Future Fund.
We had a great time at Women's Funding Network's #FeministFunded25 conference. Executive Director, Farrah Parkes, took the plenary stage to discuss trans inclusion with Saida Agostini-Bostic of @lgbtfunders.bsky.social , Ruth McFarlane of @msfoundation.bsky.social, & Raquel Willis of @genderlib.com.
We had a blast celebrating with Trans Resilience Fund grantees, committee members, and funders last week. Thanks Councilmember Rue Landau for joining us and Paynter's Platters for excellent catering services.

Just in: WLP, Berger Montague, and law professor David S. Cohen filed a complaint against UPMC Children’s Hospital for unlawfully denying gender-affirming care to transgender patients under 19.
We are excited for the launch of the Pennsylvania Fund for Immigrant Rights and Equity (PA FIRE) — a groundbreaking, statewide initiative to protect immigrant rights, expand vital services, and drive long-term systems change across the Commonwealth. To donate, visit pennsylvaniafire.org

The current Supreme Court continues to undermine the constitutional rights and protections to which women and LGBTQIA people are entitled. We stand with all those fighting to make sure that we all have equal protection under the law. #ProtectTransKids #WeStandWithPlannedParenthood #LGBTQPeopleExist
Yesterday, we gathered for a rich conversation about the state of abortion access 3 years post-Dobbs. Donate to your local abortion providers and/or abortion fund & keep talking about abortion and the devastating impact Dobbs has had in cases like that of Adriana Smith. #abortionishealthcare

To every trans and nonbinary young person: You are real. You are loved. You are free to be yourself, to live boldly, to dream big. You are thriving. You are leading. You are shaping the future. Today hurts, but you are not alone. Not now.Not ever.We see you. We believe in you. We’re with you. Always
We stand in solidarity with trans youth in Tennessee and across the US and condemn SCOTUS' cruel and inhumane decision which goes against the recommendations of the American Medical Assn, the American Pediatric Assn, and other mainstream medical groups. Bodily autonomy is a human right.
Now, more than ever, as we celebrate Pride, we must also commit to fighting every day so that LGBTQIA communities have the rights, resources, safety, and protections they need to be truly free.
