Honoring the character of Beverly Crusher today on her birthday. Thinking of her journey through the years and throughout Picard Season 3: This character has been through so much loss and struggle, yet is kind, thoughtful, considerate of others and never seems to let the dark things in her life take over. She does what needs to be done, yet never stops learning, growing, discovering, parenting and bringing kindness and caring to those around her.

Thanking Gates today for bringing to us the multi-faceted character of Beverly Crusher. Her work is most deserving of a lifetime achievement award as well as the utmost respect which I can never adequately convey.
