Scarecrow, with a large bloated belly and a giant ass with fumes of his "Fear Gas" / farts rising from it, broadcasting to the streets of Gotham about his plans to cover the city in his farts.

Scarecrow's farts bursting from Ace Chemicals' smoke stacks, and eventually exploding the entire building

I’m playing Arkham Knight and everytime they mention Scarecrow’s GAS or the cloudBURST I can’t stop thinking about him bloated and ripping ass so bad it covers the entire city
