Phang: Bove knows he’s not a regular citizen anymore. Judges are bound by different rules of conduct than an average Joe or Jane citizen.

Remember, you work for and serve the people in your charge.

After seeing Morgan Stanley's new $TSLA analyst awarding a $210bn ($60/share) valuation for Tesla's (non-existent) Optimus program, I've been gathering a list of Musk's "fails".
Interesting to find that, since his "homerun" with the Model Y, Musk's been on a non-stop downward spiral of innovation.
